Rules, Terms and Conditions:
This event is run under EA/FEI rules & regulations
This includes all eligibility rules and definitions for restricted classes including Junior, Young Rider, Amateur, Future Stars and Age group classes
The organising committee reserves the right to amend or alter any aspect of the program at its discretion
The organising committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry at its discretion
Any fall of rider anywhere on the grounds will be required to present to the medical staff and be cleared to continue riding BEFORE remounting, riders failing to do so will not be permitted to compete again for the duration of the event
All riders must be current financial members of EA
Refunds for classes will only be given on receipt of a vet or medical certificate, a 20% administration fee will be deducted, the medical levy will not be refunded after close of entries
After the close of entries no refunds will be given for portable stables
Dogs are NOT permitted on any part of the riding arena including practice areas at any time for any reason
Any dogs brought to the event must be kept on a lead or inside your vehicle at all times, any unrestrained dogs will be immediately collected by the local laws officers and taken to the pound
Riders are required to attend all prize giving ceremonies mounted and correctly attired, failing to do so may result in loss of prize money for that event, permission to have a representative other than the rider may be granted at the judge’s discretion
Formal EA dress code applies, riders must wear jackets unless directed otherwise at the discretion of the ground jury
Helmets must be worn at all times while mounted anywhere on the grounds, helmets must be tagged and comply with current Australian standards
NO straw is permitted on the grounds
Manure and shavings is to be placed in designated areas ONLY
Do NOT place manure, shavings or feed waste including hay against any fence, building, trees or anywhere it cannot be easily removed
Exercising a horse in the practice area for either ring 1 or 2 is NOT permitted whilst a class is being run if that horse is not competing in the class
Lunging of horses in the practice areas is not permitted during the event
Horses entered in age restricted classes will compete at their age as of day 1 of the event (Friday24th Nov)
Horse and Rider combinations may compete in one section only of classes with multiple divisions (a & b sections)
A rider may compete in both Junior and Young Rider classes if eligible but may not do so on the same horse
A horse may compete in the world cup or mini prix but not both
Any changes of entry at the event must be completed by close of business the day prior to the class, requests for changes are to be done in person during office times
The event office will only be open at set times during the event, times to be advised
Failure to observe any of the above rules, terms and conditions may result in being disqualified from competition and/or future entries not being accepted
